The roasting pan is constructed from heavy gauge polished stainless steel, paired with a bonded base that distributes bottom-fired heat and prevents warping. this roaster is also ideal for stovetop searing and is compatible with all heat sources including induction. Two large fixed handles ensure a secure and comfortable grip even with oven mitts. Pressure release on liked ensuring effortless lid removal.
